The Caduceus, from ancient times, was a symbol of healing first carried by Hermes. To this day it is still used as a symbol of the medical profession. I am talking today about healing, to help you understand how one small disorder sets off a chain of events to create into a full-blown drama. The body that you have is designed by you and, if in the beginning you wanted to walk through the world without fame or fortune you would design an ordinary body that would fit into whatever life you chose to seek out.
This follows that this body must have weaknesses so it needs to be looked after. Even Shaman is in despair when a body is so full of poisons that it is like quicksand. If, at the first sign of a small pain, you rush to the pills or tablets, then you set up a chain reaction that triggers the whole nervous system. The thing to do:- you hold your hand over where it hurts and pray with a bit of sincerity and trust. You will lose the pain. But if you indulge in self-pity and get obsessed with the pain, it will pervade your whole body.
So try to analyse any discomfort. Do not make excuses for it. Learn to ask Gods help and you will find the inner peace which cuts out all pain.
The Caduceus was a staff that Hermes carried. It was a stick entwined with two snakes. You will find in your history books that Hermes walked the Earth as a knight errant, healing. He was also the Egyptian known as Thoth, who practised alchemy and delved into magic and was author of books on astrology.
