I am sure anyone who has ever had anything wrong when their body malfunctions, can do without people telling them how ill they look or sound when they make the effort of throwing off the malady. Give them encouragement, the greatest service to humanity, which does not cost any money, very little energy, but can create world-shaking effects. Your body is no more than the clothes you wear and the things you eat, therefore never let it rule all your actions.
Listen to your heart and you will know what service you must give to humanity. Send your compassion to the sufferers of the world and leave it to God. They can lift their bodies above the pain if they trust in their Creator. When you are channelling for healing you know you just give everything to the Creator and, with a bit of patience, trust and loving kindness, all will be done.
You cannot give a smile away for it never goes. As with love, the more you give so the more you get. If you want to give a service to humanity, make sure you smile into their eyes. They will then begin to see that the world is coping, everything is all right, and that whatever happens, you are being looked after.
You have been given many gifts you cannot throw away for they are God given, and only gain importance with time. You were not meant to hide in corners. Most of humanity think they don’t need these words until they stop to think. It comes to you to show your real strength when faced with negativity, but with a calm voice and sincerity in your eye, let them see by your example that you know the truth.
