Fear in Everyday Life

Ever since humankind were created and given a free mind, the biggest emotion that you allow to rule your everyday lives is fear – mostly of what might happen.  Or even sillier, what impression you make on other people.

If you stop to think about some of these phobias you would realise that every one is the same and they are too concerned with their own fears to even notice.  Some of you worry about others who are quite happy to push their problems onto you, but you have to be strong and turn yourself inside out to get rid of all the trivia of the material world.  It is not necessary to have things better than others.

Strive to make your world a better place, but try to work for it so that you can enjoy your own creations.  Not only enjoy working on them, but if you pass them to others you will feel all the joy that will continue to spread.  Love given unconditionally will always come back threefold.  If you have love in your heart and lock it away, it will shrivel and die.  The same if you put conditions into everything you give.  The most wonderful words that Jesus spoke was “love one another.”  This is very powerful and can soothe any savage beast.

How many of you wake in the morning without feeling at odds with the world?  All these negative thoughts have to go somewhere and they create havoc.  Negativity breeds more negativity.  This works more in groups.  One word dropped in one ear will grow into a full story as it goes round.  Say something nice and fear will blacken it, so try a smile and keep your own council.  Try this exercise when you first open your eyes.  Thank your Creator for protecting you and guiding you safely through the night and think of all the things you can be grateful for.

Reach up to your higher self and feel the warmth from all your loved ones who are dwelling in a much better place but are always near to comfort you.  Try also to feel part of nature and all the living world. Know that He loves everything He created.
