Moderation In All Things

Ruth

You cannot feed the spiritual side of your body without maintaining the physical side, as in the language of zen, the Yang and the Yin.

Make the most of your physical body using all the God given gifts.  Books cannot tell you for the answers lie in your own body, and a good healthy term in this world will lead to a wise and active brain.

To feel the balance of life and enjoy both sides, try not to use too much energy on trivial things and excessive passion for all material enjoyments.  Try to remember that the physical body can only sustain on food of this world, while the inner soul needs the sustenance of all things that we think are not of this world but are with you all the time.

Most sickness comes when the balance is disturbed, and the biggest problem comes when the human brain follows like a flock of sheep not to be different.  Excess in all material things can lead to most sickness.  The body can teach you many things if you have the time to listen, and every part of the body has a reason for being.  So when you have control of all your functions and can look into your deep inner self, you know that all things are right.

And you have the time and space to climb the ladder of wisdom and the power to help others, for all life must share in this knowledge you are being given, and have the freedom to choose their own pathway.  You must know that to help others in Kindness is part of your way, but restrain from shouldering all their pain for a greater power than anything of this physical world has to step in.  So share their sorrows and joys but every thing that is material and of this world is mortal and can turn to dust.  Every thing you say or do in the spiritual world is eternal and carried on the vibrations for all time.
