In this world that you chose to live in there is so much negativity that you cannot avoid it. When you bring yourself to the higher spirits for teaching, the only weapon you have is love and that is all they need to talk to you and show you all the wonders of the spiritual life. When you have negativity thrown at you, toss it away without a moments thought and replace it with love.
When you are channelling for healing and you feel their pain, toss it into the vortex, for we have ways of disintegrating anything that interferes with your emotions and stops all the teaching we are giving you.
We are going to teach you self-healing which will cleanse your body and clear all the negativity that other people’s problems leave in your aura. This is something I would like you to practise with Elizabeth and Daniel for you three have come so far and you are very vulnerable so need to shield your emotions.
You can do this separately but the energy is stronger when you are together. Stand as you do as the Trinity but turn your hands inward on yourself. Say a prayer that in love and harmony I come to God and all who love me in both worlds to strengthen my body and my spirit. Protect my inner soul.
You will feel as though you are floating and as the guardians appear you are above the vortex and the life force will be working on your body. As this comes to an end, you will thank our Father God, His son Jesus, Holy Mother Mary, Archangel Michael, Archangel Gabriel, Ezra, Shaman, all the ladies of the crystals, and ask that all the spirits of our loved ones who have gone before help us in our quest to bring the truth to all humanity.
