Wisdom is something that cannot be taught, so where does it come from?
Is it from past times when we dwelt on the Earth?
Our Masters tell us that when we come down from the stars our minds are free but our subconscious still retains much of the knowledge from previous lifetimes. But then, what is knowledge without wisdom? A machine can be full of knowledge. It takes a human brain with experience of many lifetimes to find wisdom as we go through life, with so many things to learn about this material world. Mostly, it is all about survival and ‘keeping up with the Jones’s’ - a bigger house, a better car, more money – so stop and think. IF WE SUDDENLY STOP TO LOOK AT WHERE OUR LIFE IS GOING, WHAT ARE WE ACHIEVING?
You would hardly get on a bus or train without knowing your destination, so why not take hold of your life. Watch the world still going on with no thought or feeling about you. This is the time to utter a prayer for help to reassess, not the past, but the future. Forget what you have done, whether good or bad. Sort it out now and get rid of it.
Now is the time to reach for the stars. We are all atoms and as the stars are of us, so we are of them. This is the time to sit and meditate. Any corner will do so long as you are comfortable, but once you light this little candle within yourself and clear your mind, the spirit of your own inner self will find you and your eyes will be opened to all the wonders of the world, and you will find the sanctity of your inner soul.
